Kimberly Tonlino-Girich is the Director of Human Resources for Kinetic Engine Systems, overseeing the organization’s Human Resources functions across sites in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Arizona, and Mexico. Kim brings 22 years of aerospace experience to the role at legacy companies, including 16 years of Human Resources experience. In her role as Director of Human Resources, Kim is responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve business objectives & initiatives and drive organizational growth and synergies in the Kinetic Engine Systems companies.
