Kinetic Engine Systems was formed in 2024 combining the existing businesses of Cadence Engine Systems; ADM, B&E Tool and Tell Tool with newly acquired Aerocision, Numet and Walbar Engine Components. Kinetic establishes itself as one of the leading independent scaled and diversified manufacturers of ultra-complex aero-engine components for both new build and aftermarket applications.
