Vertical Tab Component

Milling

AeroCision has Milling capabilities in 3, 4 and 5 Axis. In-house programming for milling of tight tolerances in complex geometry in (7) 3/4 Axis Machines and high-rpm capabilities in (5) 5-Axis machines (20,000 rpm) that can run a workpiece up to 36 inches. Programming for both CNC and CMM is completed internally.

Turning

AeroCision has CNC Turning Capabilities up to a 34-inch OD with Multi-Axis with live tools. Programming for both CNC and CMM is completed internally.

Grinding

AeroCision has ID/OD and Surface Grinding capabilities across (4) machines holding precise tolerances while achieving fine surface finishes.

In addition to skilled bench inspection personnel, AeroCision has (5) CMM’s on site:

MODUS and PCDMIS software

  • (2) Cordax 1000 Manual CMM (3 axis)
  • Rockwell & Wilson Hardness Testers
  • Zuess 1000 for setting gages calibrated to .00005 inch

Inspection - Non Destructive Inspection

AeroCision is a NADCAP approved FPI and MPI capable source with an on-site Level III inspector.

Our suppliers work collaboratively with us and understand the criticality of ensuring a seamless service. As part of the onboarding process, our approved suppliers adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct. This is a mandatory requirement that ensures we have a supply chain that cares for its workforce and that of its sub-tiers just as much as we do.

  • AS9100D with ISO9001:2015

    AeroCision is annually audited and maintains a Quality Management System certified to the requirements of AS9100D with ISO9001:2015 by the NSF-ISR. This is an annual recertification that is maintained by the Engineering and Quality teams.

    AeroCision is annually audited and maintains a NADCAP certification for Nondestructive testing per the requirements of specific customers. This is an annual recertification that is maintained by the Quality team.
