    Kinetic Engine Systems Tell Tool Operations located in Westfield MA offers a high-complexity manufacturing environment supported by high-rate automation machining capabilities. Supporting products including complex manifolds, pumps and cylinders, and actuators.

    Over sixty machine centers including multiple 5-axis machines configured in highly automated cells. Palletized systems with high tool-count combined with in-process attribute measurement ideally suited to highly complex, very close tolerance products. Complementary assembly and hydraulic testing.

Tell Tool is equipped with  multiple 5-axis machines configured in highly automated cells. Palletized systems with high tool count ideally suited to highly complex, very close tolerance products.

Our Tell Tool Operations includes:

  • 5 Mazak 730’s in-line — 432-tool hive per machine on 54-pallet system
  • 5 Mazak i800’s in-line — 432 tool hive per machine on 42-pallet system
  • 10 Makino 127’s — each with 300+ tool hives

Turning

With the ability to turn diameters up to 28”, while holding tight tolerances. Tell Tool is always investing in new technology for tooling, cutters, and machines to always stay one step ahead of our competitors.

Inspection

Manufacturing of ultra-complex, close tolerance, flight critical controls, we must consistently maintain the highest levels of quality. CMM’s running Calypso, Borescope camera systems, Hard Gauging & combined with in-process attribute measurement systems.
