Hello, my name is Marcia, I’ve been working with this company for 17 years now. What can we say about the work in this company? Well, I would start by saying we have a great team, working in the different departments through the years, we really understand the importance of each team member’s activities, and how each of them produces the successful result that today we have as a company. There has been, and always there will be different challenges… but the key is to find the ways overcome out of a difficult situation with a positive result.

12 years as part of this great team, of which I have achieved professional growth and opportunities to develop in different departments. After a year in the production planning area, I was given the opportunity to be a Production Manager, using and developing technical and analytical skills, as well as leadership, which, after 8 years, led me to this new role. as Materials Manager.

Teamwork and solidarity are some of the company’s great strengths, which helps us face the challenges presented by clients and the changing industry.
